Daily Yin Yoga Practice

Online Studies: Deepen Your Knowledge

The 6 day 50 hour training has 40 hours of in person instruction, and 10 hours of self paced online training. You can complete the online studies work before or after the on site training and have one year to finish. The online training includes power yoga videos, advanced vinyasa workshops, yin yoga, meditation and breathwork. This training helps reinforce what you learn onsite, plus further guide you along your journey to reach your ultimate potential. 

Certificate: Yoga Alliance Continuing Education

All participants of the onsite training receive a Certificate of Attendance. After successfully completing both onsite and online hours you will receive a 50 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training Certificate. Yoga Alliance members can log this as Additional Training / Continuing Education. You can combine this certificate with additional online work to complete a 200 or 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training with ULU Yoga.

Uluwatu, Bali, is a breathtaking coastal paradise known for its stunning cliffs, pristine beaches, and vibrant sunsets, making it an ideal setting for yoga training or retreat in paradise. Uluwatu also has clean fresh air and little traffic compared to the rest of Bali. With world-class surfing opportunities and charming boutique shops and cafes, Uluwatu is the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation.

ULU Yoga Bali features a stunning ocean-view yoga shala just a few minutes to the best beaches in Bali. The shala is equipped with air conditioning and soft cushioned flooring, ensuring a serene comfortable environment all year round, protected from heat, humidity, rain, mold and mosquitoes. This combination of natural beauty and modern convenience enhances the overall yoga experience. 

Food: Nourish the Body with Healthy Cuisine 

Packages with accommodation include a healthy breakfast with a variety of delicious options to suit all dietary needs and tastes. Enjoy a tropical fruit smoothie bowl, avocado toast with poached eggs, fresh squeezed juice, matcha or coffee. If you book tuition only you can add breakfast for just $5 a meal. For lunch and dinner you can order from a local provider or dine out. There are dozens of fantastic cafes nearby.

ULU Yoga provides one free Balinese massage and daily beach excursions. For an additional $20, ULU Yoga can arrange a trip to a beautiful outdoor wellness center on the cliff featuring an ocean-view infinity pool, hot and cold plunge, infrared sauna, steam sauna, nightly bonfire, and glorious sunset. Additionally, you can book a session for cryotherapy, sensory deprivation tank, hyperbaric chamber.
