Self Studies

In Bali you should do 1 hour of daily self-study outside of class. This will deepen your understanding and enhance your overall experience. Recommended activities include: reading the training manual, reviewing notes or media from the day's sessions, designing your original yoga class, journal assignments.

Online Studies 

This training includes 5 hours of required online study. You’ll receive over 50 hours of videos covering all course topics. You can choose what material serves you best. Just simply watch or practice along with the videos. You can complete the studies before or after the training.

Skill Level & Requirements 

Participants should be in good physical condition and practice yoga or other fitness activities regularly. Try to take at least a few Power Yoga classes before starting this course. You should be able to touch your toes, hold plank for 45 seconds, do inversion against the wall for 10 seconds.

Yoga Alliance Certificate 

Upon successful completion you will receive a 30 or 50-Hour Certificate from ULU Yoga, who is a 500-Hour Registered School and Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance. RYT can count this course as Additional Training. You should complete a 200hr YTT to become a fully qualified instructor. 

ULU Yoga: Universal Love and Understanding

Since 2014 ULU Yoga has certified thousands of new instructors. They are a 500 Hour Registered School with Yoga Alliance and have a beautiful ocean view shala in Bali where they run 200 and 300 Hour YTT every month, plus short courses for yin, aerial, power yoga and breathwork. They have hundreds of 5 star reviews and are sincerely blessed to share this loving practice with you. 

4 Days or 6 Days

If you are serious about gaining deep knowledge or learning to teach, join the complete 6 day 50 hour course. If you have limited time, join the 4 day 30 hour training. You will attend all classes days 1-4, no online work is required.
