You can start your retreat on any day and modify for however many days you want, but It is recommended to join for at least 5 days 4 nights from Thursday to Monday, preferably starting the first and third Thursday each month.  


The schedule is flexible subject to change according to weather and tides and seasonal availability of various excursions and activities.  You may use the SUP boards and snorkel gear at any time day or night.

07:15 - 07:45.  Start each morning with blissful meditation to clear the mind and cultivate inner peace.  Close your eyes and go deep within or enjoy the marvellous sea view.  


08:00 - 09:30.  Each morning you will practice either SUP, hatha, vinyasa or aerial yoga.  


09:30 - 10:30.  Enjoy a healthy vegan breakfast including tropical fruits, muesli, yogurt, super green juice and more.  You can order additional items like locally roasted coffee, organic kombucha and gourmet omelets. 

Excursion / Activity

10:30 - 13:00.  Each day there is an excursion or activity or both.  Excursions vary depending on season and day, but every destination is a true gem like Koh Ma island and Secret Beach for pristine snorkeling, Zen Beach for Bohemian vibes and sun bathing, Phaeng and Wangsai for waterfalls, Kao Rah Mountain and Wat Khao Tham Temple for meditation and glorious viewpoints. 


13:00 - 14:00.  Koh Phangan has incredible food like spicy Thai curries, beach barbecues, vegan and vegetarian cuisine, persian, middle eastern, indian, italian, french and more.  Baan Jai Dee has a nice cafe or just 5 min drive is Thong Sala with endless options including the bustling Pantip food market. Not included.

Break / SUP

14:00 - 16:00.  You are free to do break activities anytime throughout the day, in case you want to use the SUP boards from 6am - 8am before morning class for instance or in the evening for sunset, or under the full moon.  Also jump in the pool, lay on the beach, swim in the ocean, go snorkeling, get a Thai massage, book a private yoga lesson or do self-practice in the yoga shala. Some days may switch around or combine free time with excursions and activities.


16:00 - 17:30.  Celebrate your wonderful day with evening yoga, which may include restorative yoga or a special workshop like acro, inversions and therapy.  


18:00 - 19:00.  For lunch and dinner there are options to suit any taste.  Aside from Baan Jai Dee, there is Taboon, Eat Co., Sati Pot, Chana Masala, L’alcove, Seed to Feed, Big Mountain, Locco’s, Karma Cafe, Orion Center and more.  Prices not included.

Activity / Excursion

19:00 - 21:30.  Each day there is a magical wellness related activity that you can sign up for at reception like sound healing and sauna at the Dome, ecstatic dance at Jarans, salsa night, cacao ceremony, kirtan, satsang and more.  Taxi fare and entry fee not included. 



Schedule, excursions and activities may change according to weather and availability.  Koh Phangan has over 30 beaches to explore and endless activities. The following itinerary includes the top favorites.  Taxi fare and admission fees are not included.

Day 1

Thursday.  Welcome to paradise.  After you arrive to Koh Phangan, grab a taxi or rent a motorbike and check inn at Baan Jai Dee around 12.  It’s only a 5min ride from the pier. Enjoy a fresh coconut by the pool, try SUP boarding at the beach, book a massage or personal training and take a yoga class.  Then do sunset aerial on the beach and take amazing pics flying over the water. For dinner you will visit Thong Sala's bustling Pantip Food Market for some spicy Thai curries and banana pancakes.  Then go shopping in town or head back for a quiet evening by the sea.

Day 2

Friday.  Zen Beach and Ecstatic Dance. Relax with fellow travelers from around the world at chill Zen Beach, a favourite hang out for free spirited bohemians like yogis, musicians and performers.  For lunch you may enjoy delicious vegan cuisine at Taboon, Eat Co., Karma Cafe, Orion and Big Mountain. Then go wild in the evening with ecstatic dance at Jaran's Yoga Centre. It’s a clean event in the jungle where you are free to groove and flow as you please.

Day 3

Saturday.  Secret Beach and Night Market.  Hide out at Secret beach, a private little cove with shady trees and fun swings to fly over the ocean.  Next door is Haad Yao Beach with a long wide shore featuring numerous resorts and cafes. For lunch you can try the delicious Locco's Pizza, Bubba's Roastery or Pura Vida Cafe.  In the evening you may visit the Saturday Night Market in Thong Sala, which has a crowded walking street loaded with vendors selling local arts and crafts, tasty treats and apparel.

Day 4

Sunday. Ko Ma and Sauna.  Journey to the northern tip of Koh Phangan to Ko Ma at Mae Haad Beach for the best snorkeling on the island.  Ko Ma is technically another island connected by a picturesque narrow strip of sand. Also nearby is Wangsai waterfall, which has a seren bathing pool.  Then spend your evening at the mystical Dome Sauna for detox, sound healing with singing bowls, a psychedelic light show and stargazing around the bonfire.

Day 5

Monday.  Take advantage of your remaining time and wake up early for sunrise SUP boarding and meditation.  Complete your final yoga class with new found strength then cool off in the swimming pool savoring the heavenly view.  Join the group for a nourishing vegan breakfast and super green juice then take some final pictures on the beach with your new found friends.  Check out is at 11 so pack up and say bon voyage to paradise.

Included Services


On this retreat you have unlimited SUP board access and one daily SUP yoga class.  SUP is a great practice for developing mindfulness, focus, balance and breath skills, although the consequence of losing focus or balance is only ending up with a refreshing splash in the water, rather than a fall on a hard floor!  SUP Yoga gives you no choice but to “be here now”, practising yoga on your floating yoga mat is as present as you can be.  Paying attention to every breath and body movement, with every placement trying to keep balanced. Less is more on a stand up paddle board.  Simple yoga poses are all you need to develop body awareness – taking them on the board just enhances that awareness.

Beginners and advanced practitioners will enjoy classes on this retreat.  Whether you need help with learning basic poses or perfecting your handstands, there is an experienced instructor happy to guide you.  Several types of yoga are offered on this retreat.  In addition to SUP yoga will be one regular class in the studio, which may be hatha, vinyasa, aerial, acro or restorative yoga.

Beach Aerial

Packages include a healthy vegetarian breakfast with tropical fruits, smoothie bowls, yogurt, museli, super green juice and more.  The resort has a nice restaurant you can order additional items like fresh roasted coffee, organic kombucha and eggs. For lunch and dinner they serve great western and Thai food like spicy curries and papaya salads.  Plus nearby are many superb restaurants for vegan, vegetarian, middle eastern, Indian, Italian and French. On the beach there are fresh fish barbecues and in Thong Sala there is the bustling Pantip Market, loaded with food stalls.

Viktoria Hartung

Viktoria (Germany) has over 20 years of yoga experience.  She did her first 200-Hr TT in Hatha Yoga, followed by a 500-Hr TT in Therapeutic Yoga.  She also has certifications in acro yoga, aerial yoga, deep tissue massage, nadi healing touch and traditional tantra yoga.  Viktoria has a most vibrant energy, but is also a serious scholar. She has a Masters in Chemical Engineering, taught at university and worked in the pharmaceutical industry. 

Viktoria leads 200-Hr and 300-Hr yoga teacher trainings in Asia, Europe and India plus has extensive knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy and ayurveda.  Viktoria's deep craving for study and self-development lead her to combine western medical science with spirituality and yoga to create a compressive holistic health approach and clear understandable teaching.  Her greatest skill is inspiring others to wake up and live plus uniting groups and filling the room with love and laughter.

Cody Gavin Pizer

Cody (South Africa) started yoga in 2010.  He completed his 200-Hr MultiStyle Yoga TT with Green Yoga in India.  He also has certifications in aerial and SUP yoga. Cody has several years experience as lead instructor on numerous yoga trainings specializing in vinyasa, aerial and SUP yoga plus presents engaging lectures on anatomy and philosophy.  He is also a credible authority on diet and nutrition as a long-time raw vegan intermittent faster. 

Cody has led mindfulness retreats, mixed movement arts and parkour workshops in Bali, India, Malaysia and Cambodia plus taught at the famous Yoga Barn on Bali and Blue Indigo in Cambodia.  He has an uninhibited spirit, which directs his life and inspires others to grow beyond themselves. Cody’s passion for movement as a whole interconnected discipline translates into all of his classes.  He loves to motivate others through yoga, movement and philosophy to discover more about the miracle and magic that is the human body, mind and the world itself.

Shashi Mahler

Shashi (Germany) is lead ULU Aerial Yoga Teacher, E-RYT 500hr Hatha-Yoga and 500hr Aerial Yoga. Shashi stepped on the path of Yoga for more than 10 years ago with the passionate studies of western, yogic and buddhist philosophy.  Her inexhaustible studies of metaphysical and energetical concepts, explaining the functions of the body and mind guided her to breathing and meditation techniques. Soon she came across the practice of physical yoga and found great emotional and mental relief in her daily practice. 

Shashi finished university and went abroad to enjoy silent retreats in nature and monasteries and study with renowned yoga masters.  Based on this she created an intuitive restorative Aerial Yoga Style. The heart lead but western minded course shares the great gift of restorative Aerial yoga.  Her aim is it to show the compassionate way of self-healing through the opening and acceptance of the body. Her grounded and determined personality together with her lighthearted easy laughter invites each student to more curiosity and depth within. 

Arihant Ortega

Arihant (Spain) found yoga in 2007 and spent many years traveling the world, volunteering in ecovillages and healing centres, visiting ashrams in India, studying under numerous teachers and living the yogic path.  In Rishikesh, he obtained his 200-Hr certification under the guidance of Yogacharya Dinesh Shastri, disciple of Swami Yogananda Maharaj Ji. 

His exploration into the depths of Vedic culture led him to study Ayurveda at Ashramam Ayurveda Hospital and Training Institute of Kerala and Sanskrit and Mantra at the American Institute of Vedic Studies.  Other qualifications include Sound Healing, Acroyoga, Thai massage and Indian Classical music. Arihant is a sincere caring soul passionate about enriching the lives of others with the sacred wisdom yoga in all aspects of life. He also loves puppies and has a great sense of humor.
