Food

Packages with accommodation include a healthy vegetarian breakfast with a variety of delicious options. Enjoy a tropical fruit smoothie bowl, beetroot croissant, avocado toast, free range egg omelette, fresh squeezed juice, herbal tea, Balinese coffee, and much more. If you book tuition only you can add breakfast for just $3-5 a meal. For lunch and dinner you can go out and explore the many amazing restaurants nearby.

Sauna and Massage

Receive a complimentary traditional Balinese massage with pressure point and deep tissue techniques to relax and restore your body. For additional fee ($15) the group will visit Santai Recovery Spa, a peaceful garden sanctuary in Bingin with a large dry sauna, hot and cold plunge pools, and a tropical swimming pool.

Self Studies

In Bali you should do 1 hour of daily self-study outside of class. This will deepen your understanding and enhance your overall experience. Recommended activities include: reading the training manual, reviewing notes or media from the day's sessions, designing your original yoga class, journal assignments.

Online Studies 

The 50-Hr training includes 5 hours of required online study. You’ll receive over 50 hours of videos covering all course topics. You can choose what material serves you best. Just simply watch or practice along with the videos. You can complete the studies before or after the training.

Skill Level & Requirements 

Participants should be in good physical condition and practice yoga or other fitness activities regularly. Try to take at least a few Acro classes before starting this course. You should be able to touch your toes, hold plank for 45 seconds, do inversion against the wall for 10 seconds.

Yoga Alliance Certificate 

Upon successful completion you will receive a 30 or 50-Hour Certificate from ULU Yoga, who is a 500-Hour Registered School and Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance. RYT can count this course as Additional Training. You should complete a 200hr Acro YTT to become a fully qualified instructor.

4 Days or 6 Days

If you are serious about gaining deep knowledge or learning to teach, join the complete 6 day 50 hour course. If you have limited time, join the 4 day 30 hour training. You will attend all classes days 1-4, no online work is required.
