The schedule is balanced so you don't burn out and still have time to enjoy paradise. There are some half days, some evening sessions and some excursions. Half of this course is online, which you should complete before arrival. The content is a mix of all subjects.

Each morning begins with hatha, vinyasa or aerial yoga practice. The evening features yin, yoga nidra or restorative yoga. Both sessions include meditation, pranayama and kirtan. Some classes take place at the beach or substitute with a special event like ecstatic dance or a trip to the sauna.
Analyze the form and function of individual yoga poses from various categories. Learn about their common foundation and how to build upon it in order to achieve correct alignment and technique, advanced variations, and modifications for different levels, styles and needs.
Learn teaching skills, cueing, sequencing, corrections and adjustments. Practice teaching everyday and design original classes. Receive detailed feedback and become a confident instructor.
Special workshops include acroyoga (1x week), SUP yoga (1x week), yoga for injuries, hands on adjustments, transitions, sequencing, class design, prenatal yoga, mantra singing, advanced pranayama and meditation techniques, working with props and more.
Gain a deeper understanding of bodily systems, structures and principles underlying each movement and of yoga itself. See how specific muscles respond to the movements of the joints with biomechanics; how alterations of a pose can enhance or reduce effectiveness; how the spine, breathing and body positions are all fundamentally linked.
Discover your true self and deeper nature of reality through the sacred wisdom of ancient yogic philosophy. Learn to apply these lessons in the real world to cultivate a holistic lifestyle. Topics include the vedas, yoga sutras, Bhagavad Gita, 8 limbs, nature of self/soul, nadis, chakras, consciousness, karma, gunas, ego, tantra and more.
Koh Phangan, Thailand is a magical island with pristine beaches, lush green nature, mountains and waterfalls. This course takes place at Bounty Resort, which has an ocean view yoga shala, swimming pool, delicious restaurant and three perfect beaches all within walking distance. Nearby are many great cafes and shops.
Bounty Resort features deluxe sea view rooms with large balconies, fan bungalows with great sea views, modern fan rooms and air-con rooms with partial sea view balconies. Shared rooms have two beds. All rooms have wi-fi and bathrooms. *You can also just pay tuition and book your own accommodation nearby.
Purify your body with plant based intermittent fasting. Enjoy a nutritious green smoothie for lunch and a delicious vegan buffet for dinner. Meals are served within a 6 hour window. This is a great diet for detox, weight loss, allergies and rejuvenation. But it’s not required to eat this way and you can order breakfast if you want.
